Hey ******,

I know you are a busy guy and have a full plate, but here is a grand scale rip-off that is occurring right in front of and in our faces. All wealth originates with property and its resources.

Just a note re; the agenda being operated across our nation to lock the Peoples of America from the "Public domain" Most Americans do not realize what is happening across this country and how they are being systematically locked out of access, enjoyment and the rich resources of this great country. I am getting to know the effects first hand due to my property being on blm borders and our activities involving wilderness. Environmentalism and conservationism are excuses used. What a scam.

Last weekend I got a rare opportunity to go trail riding with my youngest son that was down from college.. I never dreamed that we would be eluding a forest ranger.. but that's just what happened. (what a lesson to teach my son) I am angry and ready to learn how to fight them in the courts. Its against my nature to turn and run and I will not do it again (or so I tell myself) yet without the knowledge of "How" to fight, Its like running up and putting a bamboo shoot under Goliaths toenail... I and a few other "guys" are getting spy cameras to wear and are preparing our defense of our rights. A practiced reaction and drawing out of a video response toward "Enforcement" is maybe what is needed to help wake up the people. Lets see how enforcement and then the courts view the exercises of a free man.

After a recent arrest of a family, at a nearby county campground, in an area that has been enjoyed by "OHV" for over 40 years! Check out the jackboot actions and attitudes of these "Officers" (I bet these kids wont forget this interaction any time soon) Enforcement is being ramped up and a message is being delivered to the sheeple.

Note that the "Observer" has won over 3500 court challanges!

Spring of this year saw the active engagement of the "Travel management plan" that turns all public land into "Closed by default" The CFRs managing these agencies actions, authority and powers are violated.

We enjoy less than what I have estimated to be less than 1/1000th of a % of BLM and Forest service managed land.... and they want that also.. We have become outlaws and criminals by decree on our own land. Enter the "Kings Forest" at your own risk! Hunting, fishing, bicycle & trail-bike riding, horses, camping, and even hiking are now only by government decree, permit and special permission.

It is now Illegal in our state to carry a loaded firearm on an "OHV"... as they arm Forest Service employees with Tasers... Hmmmm
