Since my back locked up on me on Thursday, I have been stretching and icing all weekend.
Excellent back pain site.

And hanging upside down from an inversion table I bought from Kmart, an excellent deal, on sale for $99.00 in W-B store, thats $30.00 off Thumbs Up
Very easy to put together, most of it is pre assembled in the box.
Easy setup, very sturdy, and when your upside down there is
no pain Clapping
I give it 2 thumbs up. Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

Jay:
How long do you stay on yours?
I'm doing the recomended starting of 5 minutes 3 times a day, seems like time flys by, and times up before I know it.

i have the nordictrack inversion table i got from the sports authority about a year ago 50% OFF for $149. it has 15 degree inversion increments that i usually use on 45 or 60. i read somewhere that 90 degree inversion isnt beneficial and actually can hurt you....

i must say that anytime my back hurts at all i just lay on it for 5-10 minutes and feel like a new man getting off of it! it's great after a long day of riding as well! IMO the best 'exercise' equipment you can get for the $$$ Thumbs Up

If anyone is interested in trying an inversion table for back pain, or just a great stretch, here's your chance at a good, very lightly used one.
I can't hang upside down by my feet anymore for obvious reasons, and it's taking up valuable space. Retails for $129.99, I'll let it go for $60.00

And you don't have to put it together! Thumbs Up
